WHO ARE WE?
Take The Wheel Drive School is a family owned and operated Driving School based in the south east suburbs of Melbourne. Set up by a former VicRoads Licence Tester we know what it takes to create safe and confident drivers on todays busy roads. We provide a solid foundation for our students to learn skills and knowledge to drive safely on our roads. these skills give our students a better success rate to pass the driving assessment and for safer solo driving once they have obtained their licence. We have tailored lessons to cater for every individual, so whether your starting at the very beginning or converting your overseas licence we can tailor lessons to suit your progress. Our vehicle
Our car is a 2016 Toyota Camry. It has been awarded the 5 star ANCAP safety rating. It is fitted with dual pedal controls and additional safety mirrors. Other safety features include traction control, anti lock braking and 7 air bags.
Our Instructor
Our accredited driving instructor Paul, is a Former VicRoads Licence tester and a member of the ADTAV (Australian Driver trainers Association Victoria. Paul has conducted in excess of 2000 drive tests and is very experienced with current Victorian road rules and laws. We carefully guide our students through the learning stages using a simple step by step technique.
Location
Based in Bentleigh we service Bayside and the South Eastern Suburbs. We travel to Burwood Dandenong Heatherton and Frankston VicRoads sites , alternatively we can meet you at the nearest train stations to these sites for lessons or actual drive tests.
We conduct lessons in Bentleigh, Ormond, Mckinnon , Caulfield, Moorabbin , Cheltenham, Highett, Brighton Elwood, Sandringham, Hampton, Carnegie, Malvern, Malvern East ,Murrumbeena, Oakleigh and Clayton to name a few.
